StreamSquad ("we," "our," or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the StreamSquad mobile application (the "App").

1. Information Collection and Storage

StreamSquad is designed as a client-focused multi-streaming utility:

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.
• Local Storage (On-Device): Stream preferences, saved channels, custom layouts, and favorites are stored exclusively on your device using local storage mechanisms (such as SQLite/Room). This data never leaves your device and can be erased at any time by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App.

2. Third-Party Services and Embedded Content

StreamSquad enables users to watch publicly available live streams and access chat features from third-party streaming platforms, primarily Twitch and Kick:

• When interacting with live video streams or embedded chats, you are interacting directly with the servers of these respective platforms.
• These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. They may use cookies, device identifiers, or tracking technologies in accordance with their individual policies:

3. Advertising and Analytics

If advertisements (such as Google AdMob) or crash reporting services are integrated into current or future releases:

• Third-party ad networks may collect anonymized device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID), network information, and general usage statistics strictly to serve relevant ads and monitor ad delivery performance.
• You can reset or opt-out of personalized advertising at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

4. Permissions Requested

The App requests only standard operational permissions required for core functionality:

• INTERNET: Required to load and stream video content and chat feeds.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to verify network connectivity and optimize playback stability.

The App does NOT request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or external storage.

5. Children's Privacy

StreamSquad does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
