This policy applies to all current and future Android packages and applications distributed under our Google Play Developer Account, including but not limited to:

• Offline Party & Board Games (e.g., Mafia - Secret Identities — com.baraa.mafia)
• Media & Multi-Streaming Utilities (e.g., StreamSquad)
• Messaging & SMS Utilities (e.g., Burq SMS and communication tools)
• Productivity, Educational & Interactive Tools published under our developer credentials.

If a specific application requires supplementary disclosures, those provisions are integrated in harmony with this baseline universal policy.

Our applications request runtime permissions strictly proportionate to their declared functional features:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to verify connectivity, stream content in media apps (such as StreamSquad), or download optional updates.
• RECEIVE_SMS, READ_SMS, SEND_SMS (SMS Utilities only, e.g., Burq SMS): Used strictly to function as an SMS/MMS viewer and messenger as permitted by Google Play SMS & Call Log Policies. No SMS data is ever transmitted externally.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required on Android 13+ only if you opt-in to receive operational reminders, game events, or incoming message alerts. You may revoke this at any time in Android system settings.
• VIBRATE & WAKE_LOCK: Used for haptic gameplay feedback and keeping the screen awake during active game/stream playback sessions.

4. Third-Party SDKs & Service Providers

To provide high-quality performance and compliant services, we may integrate reputable third-party SDKs verified under Google Play Developer policies:

• Google Play Services & Google Play Games: Authentication, cloud save, and achievements.
• Google AdMob: Privacy-compliant, non-personalized or personalized advertising with opt-out mechanisms.
• Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics): Anonymized diagnostic crash reports to identify software bugs.
• Embedded Media Platforms (e.g., Twitch, Kick): In multi-streaming apps, video player interactions connect directly to the respective third-party platform servers under their own published privacy policies.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

We take children's privacy seriously and fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and the Google Play Families Policy:

• Our applications do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction).
• For applications directed at families or participating in the Google Play Designed for Families program, any advertisements served comply strictly with Google Play Families ad networks certification and neutral age screening.

In accordance with Google Play's data deletion policy and global regulations (GDPR, CCPA):

• Local On-Device Data: You can purge all locally saved preferences, game records, and caches at any time by going to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Data, or by uninstalling the application.
• Account & Data Deletion Requests: If you have submitted any inquiries or wish to request complete deletion of any telemetry associated with your device, you can send an email to info@baraaltd.dev or contact@baraaqudaih.com. Requests are confirmed and fulfilled within 7 business days.
