تعهد الخصوصية والأمان: نحن في شركة براء قديح المحدودة (Baraa Ltd) نلتزم التزاماً مطلقاً بحماية خصوصية وأمان بيانات مستخدمي تطبيق برق SMS (Burq SMS). يعتمد التطبيق مبدأ المعالجة والتخزين المحلي بنسبة 100% (Zero Cloud Storage). لا يقوم التطبيق بجمع أو مزامنة أو نقل أو بيع أو مشاركة أي من جهات اتصالك أو نصوص رسائلك أو أرقام الهواتف أو ملفات الجداول مع أي خوادم خارجية أو أطراف ثالثة.

1. الوظيفة الأساسية للتطبيق (Core Functionality)

تطبيق برق SMS هو أداة إنتاجية مخصصة للأعمال والأفراد لإدارة وإرسال حملات الرسائل النصية القصيرة الجماعية (Bulk SMS) المجدولة، باستخدام شريحة هاتف المستخدم الخاصة (SIM Card)، وعبر استيراد جهات الاتصال من ملفات Excel و CSV محلياً.

إقرارات حاسمة بشأن طبيعة التطبيق:

التطبيق ليس تطبيق رسائل افتراضي (NOT a Default SMS Handler)، ولا يطلب أو يدّعي أنه التطبيق الافتراضي للمراسلة على الجهاز.
التطبيق ليس منصة محادثة أو تراسل فوري (NOT a Chat/Messaging App).
التطبيق لا يقرأ أو يستمع إلى الرسائل النصية الشخصية الواردة إلى هاتفك.
لا يتم إرسال أي رسالة إلا بطلب صريح وموافقة مباشرة من المستخدم عند الضغط يدوياً على زر "بدء الإرسال".

2. الأذونات الحساسة المطلوبة والغرض المباشر منها

يطلب التطبيق فقط الأذونات المحدودة الضرورية حصرياً لتشغيل الوظائف الأساسية وفق سياسة مطوري Google Play للأذونات الحساسة:

1. إرسال الرسائل القصيرة (android.permission.SEND_SMS):
- الغرض الحصري: إرسال رسائل الحملات النصية إلى المستلمين المحددين من قبل المستخدم عبر شريحة الهاتف الخاصة به ومزود الخدمة المحلي.
- آلية العمل: لا يعمل هذا الإذن في الخلفية بشكل صامت؛ بل يتم الإرسال فقط للحملة التي أنشأها المستخدم بعد النقر يدوياً على زر الإرسال.
2. قراءة حالة الهاتف والشرائح (android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE):
- الغرض الحصري: تمكين المستخدم من اختيار أي شريحة SIM (في الهواتف ثنائية الشريحة Dual SIM) يرغب في إرسال الحملة من خلالها، والتحقق من جاهزية الشبكة.
- الحدود: لا نصل إلى رقم المتصل الخارجي أو سجل المكالمات ولا نسجل أي مكالمات هاتفية.
3. استيراد ملفات جهات الاتصال والجداول (Storage Access Framework / Local File Read):
- الغرض الحصري: تمكين المستخدم من استيراد جهات الاتصال وأرقام الهواتف من ملفات Excel (.xlsx, .xls) و CSV المخزنة محلياً على جهازه لإنشاء قوائم الإرسال.
- المعالجة المحلية: تتم معالجة وقراءة الملفات بشكل فوري ومحلي فقط في ذاكرة الجهاز (RAM) المؤقتة. لا يتم إرسال أو حفظ أي ملف أو جدول خارج هاتفك نهائياً.
4. إشعارات النظام (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS):
- الغرض الحصري: إظهار شريط تقدم عملية إرسال الرسائل وتنبيه المستخدم عند اكتمال الحملة أو في حال تعثر إرسال بعض الرسائل.

4. خلو التطبيق من أدوات التتبع والإعلانات (No SDK Trackers or Ads)

التطبيق لا يحتوي على أي مكتبات إعلانية متطفلة أو شبكات استهداف سلوكي.
لا نقوم بجمع معرف الإعلانات (Google Advertising ID) أو معرفات الأجهزة بغرض التتبع.
لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع النشاط أو التجسس على سلوك المستخدم عبر التطبيقات والمواقع الأخرى.

5. حماية خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

تطبيق برق SMS هو أداة إنتاجية موجهة للأعمال والأفراد البالغين، ولا يخاطب أو يجمع عمداً أي بيانات من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً (أو السن القانونية المحددة في بلدك). نظراً لأن التطبيق لا يجمع أي بيانات إطلاقاً، فهو آمن تماماً ومتوافق مع معايير حماية الأطفال الدولية.

6. حقوق المستخدم وحذف البيانات (Data Retention & Deletion)

للمستخدم كامل السيطرة على بياناته وسجلات حملاته المخزنة محلياً.
يمكن للمستخدم مسح سجل الرسائل أو قوائم الأرقام في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق أو عبر مسح بيانات التطبيق (Clear Storage) من إعدادات نظام Android.
يؤدي إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق (Uninstall) إلى حذف كافة السجلات والبيانات المحلية المخزنة فوراً ونهائياً من ذاكرة الجهاز دون أي أثر متبقٍ.

7. التعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه عند إضافة ميزات جديدة أو للامتثال لمتطلبات Google Play التنظيمية والقانونية. سيتم نشر أي تحديث مع تاريخ السريان الجديد مباشرة على هذه الصفحة ومستند الويب الرسمي.

Overview & Privacy Commitment: Baraa Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and data security of every user of the Burq SMS mobile application. Burq SMS operates under a strict 100% On-Device Local Processing Model (Zero Cloud Storage). The application does not collect, transmit, synchronize, sell, or share any of your contacts, message texts, recipient phone numbers, or spreadsheet files with any external cloud servers or third parties.

1. Core Functionality of the Application

Burq SMS is a productivity utility tailored for businesses, organizations, and individuals to manage, schedule, and send bulk SMS notifications and text campaigns using their own mobile device's cellular SIM card and local carrier, with recipient lists imported directly from local Excel (.xlsx / .xls) and CSV files.

Critical Google Play Compliance Declarations:

NOT a Default SMS Handler: Burq SMS does not request, pretend, or function as the device's default SMS messaging client.
NOT an Instant Messaging or Chat Platform: The app is not designed for peer-to-peer social chatting or receiving incoming personal conversations.
No Eavesdropping: Burq SMS does not monitor, read, or intercept your personal incoming SMS inbox.
Explicit User-Initiated Dispatch Only: No message is ever dispatched silently or automatically in the background without explicit manual review and a direct tap on the "Send" button by the user.

2. Sensitive Permissions Requested & Justification

In strict alignment with the Google Play SMS & Call Log Permissions Policy, Burq SMS requests only the minimal set of permissions strictly necessary to execute user-directed features:

1. Send SMS (android.permission.SEND_SMS):
- Exclusive Purpose: To dispatch the specific bulk messages composed by the user to the recipients chosen in the active campaign, via the device's physical SIM card and carrier.
- Operational Mechanism: This permission is strictly utilized during foreground user-triggered execution. The app does not send unauthorized SMS messages silently in the background.
2. Read Phone State & SIM Slots (android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE):
- Exclusive Purpose: To detect active cellular subscriptions and enable Dual-SIM users to choose which SIM slot to route their outgoing campaign through, as well as checking cellular network readiness.
- Strict Boundaries: We do not read call logs, do not intercept phone numbers of incoming callers, and never record any audio.
3. File Access & Contact Sheet Import (Storage Access Framework / Local File Read):
- Exclusive Purpose: To allow users to select and import local spreadsheet files (.xlsx, .xls, .csv) containing recipient lists directly from their device.
- Boundaries & Processing: Spreadsheets are parsed locally in memory on the device. No document is ever uploaded to any remote server or cloud bucket. The app does not inspect media, photos, or non-selected documents.
4. System Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS):
- Exclusive Purpose: To display real-time sending progress bars and deliver completion or delivery failure alerts for user awareness.

Burq SMS is a specialized business productivity tool intended for adult professional use. It is not directed at or knowingly collecting data from children under 13 years of age. Because zero personal data is gathered, the application is inherently safe and COPPA/GDPR-K compliant.

6. User Control & Data Deletion

Users maintain 100% control over their data, recipient lists, and message logs stored locally.
You can wipe campaign history, imported lists, or logs at any time from within the app settings or via Android system settings (Settings > Apps > Burq SMS > Storage > Clear Storage).
Uninstalling Burq SMS immediately and permanently removes all local data, database records, and settings from your device with zero residual traces.
